Communication
Entries and communication must come from Association Secretaries only.
Athletes, coaches, friends, and family need to direct their questions to their association secretary and or their club coaches.

Important Reminders
Associations will receive their packs with entry passes for Boxers along with Two Managers to have full access for each session, and they MUST be worn at all times as the venue security will be checking all those who enter the venue.
Coaches MUST have their 2025 coach license to access all areas
ATHLETES
- All athletes must have a current BNZ registration and or a valid registered book to compete – no book no box!
- Boxers will only be required have a medical and weighin on the days that they are competing .
- Unopposed boxers will have to weighin and pass a medical on day 1 of event or at a date set by the Supervisor
- Females athletes need to supply their own hair nets
- All athletes need to supply their own valid hand wraps, professional hand wrapping will not be accepted at this event
- The head gear & gloves worn, needs to be those supplied by the tournament host
- Athletes uniform to match the WBX requirements.
COACHES
- Must wear their 2025 registration coaches’ licence (will also need this to enter) – these need to be present at the glove steward’s table prior to each bout.
- Coaches ringside uniform to match the WBX requirements (no jeans or jandels).
UNOPPOSED All unopposed boxers will have to weighin and pass a medical on day 1 of event or at a date set by the Supervisor
